DDB Group is looking for Social Manager. Working with DDB and Mango clients, you will help build brands by creating people first social, guide our clients on best practice social and drive exceptional social performance on all channels.
You’ll be a Social Media specialist who lives and breathes social and can do tactical social channel planning but with a creative bent to deliver inspiring content as well.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years prior digital/social agency experience.
- Advanced knowledge of best practice cross-media techniques.
- The ability to work quickly and see ideas from ideation to delivery.
- The ability to think critically about creative in relation to brand social strategy.
- Inspire best practices for our client partners and the agency through your work and the knowledge you bring.
- Bring foresight, organization, problem solving and confidence for your clients.
- Can hit the ground running with agency experience, familiar with the processes within the building.
- And most important align to DDB’s values of talented and nice.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience as a key member of a Digital or Social Team successfully implementing social plans.
- Demonstrated experience in driving social work with conversational capital.
- Proven ability to execute creative social solutions under tight deadlines, balancing feasibility, objectives, and budget.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- An understanding of and commitment to working within an agency environment across disciplines and clients
