Lead Business Partner

We’re looking for a Lead/ Business Partner to join our TRACK + Tribal team, working across a variety of digitally- and data-lead clients for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The role

We’re looking for a Lead/Business Partner with at least 7+ years of experience to join our team for a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll be the key strategic advisor for your clients and at the forefront of the client relationship for the agency.

You’ll be providing sound advice and direction for your clients to ensure they are able to achieve their business goals using TRACK+Tribal’s services across digital, social, technology, content and brand, using data to drive relevancy. As such, you will require a strong level of understanding across digitally- and data-lead solutions to sell them to clients and understand the role they play within our client’s ecosystem.

Alongside a stellar digital track record, you need to be a team player with a down-to-earth, can-do attitude. You’ll have a passion for CRM, customer-first strategic thinking, ideas and enjoy crafting some inspiring creative briefs to unlock opportunities. Our clients are at the forefront of what we do, and it is essential that you are experienced in forming strong relationships and an expert in presenting creative ideas to fuel business growth.
