Junior Digital Producer

We’re looking for a detail-focused Junior Digital Producer to join the team at DDB Group.

The role

DDB Group is looking for a Junior Digital Producer to join our fast-paced production team to assist in the delivery of a range of projects. We need someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in either technical project management or data, CMS and web or email admin. You may have even managed your own web projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of varied digital and web development projects, CMS management and eDM marketing. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers and both client and internal stakeholders, to ensure project timelines are met and that the outcome meets the needs and expectations of our clients. 

Key responsibilities  

• Digital production and project management
• Strong appreciation for digital assets
• Managing budgets and timelines
• Resource management of design, content and developer teams
• Overseeing CMS management, app assets and eDM projects

What will you bring?

You’ll be super organised, be creatively minded and able to work collaboratively, capable of hitting the ground running. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and ideally experience with common project management tools.

• 2+ years’ experience in digital project management or as a digital producer, or in a role with a focus on digital comms, digital communications, CMS management, and /or eDM projects
• Understanding of creative and agency production processes
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Previous experience in an agency or large-scale corporate environment is a bonus.
