Lead Digital Producer

DDB Group Aotearoa is one of New Zealand’s leading creative agencies that includes an award-winning and passionate group of 45 digital specialists. We are seeking a Lead Digital Producer to join our busy digital team. With at least five years’ project management experience in a similar role, you’ll be delivering small and large scale web projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end digital production and project management
• Technical scoping of projects
• Manage budgets and timelines
• Oversee large scale website technical development and deployment
• Resource management of design, content and developer teams
• Meet deadlines, on time and within budget
• Some client-facing responsibilities

 

Skills/experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience working as a Digital Producer or Digital Project Manager
• Advanced understanding of web technologies including front end HTML, CSS and more
• Working knowledge of one or more CMS platforms.
• Excellent project management skills and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Experience with common project management tools, especially Jira.
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in an agency or large scale corporate environment a bonus.

 

You’ll be super organized, be technically minded and able to work collaboratively, building relationships in this internal and external facing role. You’ll bring a working knowledge of web development processes, agile methodologies and be able to comfortably brief developers. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and experience with common project management tools.
